| Welcome to your apartment in Paris, for a while!
A beautiful, charming and newly renovated, luxury one-bedroom apartment, available for short-term rentals.
This spacious 500 sq ft apartment on the second floor of a classic 19th century Haussmanien era building features a French Salon with high ceilings and beautiful mouldings, parquet floors and a marbled fireplace. An American-style kitchen is open to the Salon and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to create your own gastronomical masterpieces. The large, beautiful bedroom, tastefully decorated, features a queen-size bed, writing desk, plenty of closet space and an attached full bath. Telephone, cable TV and Internet services are provided at no extra charge.
Accessed through a private courtyard entrance, the building also features a concièrge and modern elevator.
Located in the heart of the chic residential 16th Arrondisement, your apartment "for a while" is minutes away from Trocadero, the exclusive "rue de Passy" shopping, antique shops, open-air markets, cafés and restaurants, and is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées and the Seine River. This neighborhood is one of the most sought after by Parisians.
The rest of Paris awaits you on foot via the broad boulevards and quaint sidestreets, by boat on the Bateau Mouches, or via the Metro and RER (fastest public transportation in Paris) with stations just moments from your front door.
And if you're feeling truly adventurous, there is a Vélib' rack right in front of the building! (Vélib' is short for Vélo Libre or "Free Bicycle." We'll include instructions on how to access and use them.)
The owner is an American living in Paris since 1992, raising three bi-lingual, bi-cultural children who have now left to attend Universities around the World. She now works as a translator for Le Cordon Bleu Paris and is thoroughly enjoying the epicurean life in the City of Lights, Wine, Food and Culture!
This gorgeous apartment is a passionate project of hers, sharing the wonders of the Parisian lifestyle with fellow world travelers, explorers and casual visitors. She would be happy to answer any questions or provide additional services should you need them.
